A Day at Our Program

Our structured daily routine provides the right balance of activities, support, and relaxation.

8:00 – 9:30 AM

  • Arrival & Welcome
  • Warm greetings, coffee and morning check-in.

9:30 – 11:00 AM

  • Activities
  • Engaging groups, exercise, crafts, and social time.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Lunch
  • Nutritious meal and time to connect.

12:00 – 2:00 PM

  • Enrichment
  • Games, wellness activities, or special programs.

2:00 – 2:30 PM

  • Snacks & Social
  • Afternoon snack and relaxing time with friends.

    Your loved one will enjoy a full day of activities, meals, and social time — from morning check-in and coffee, through games, crafts, and exercise, to lunch, an afternoon activity, and a relaxing wind-down.
