As a office coordinator ,you will be responsible to:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides Front Desk support including reception and answering phones
  • Provides support to agency admin team
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, postage machine and faxes
  • Assist and perform other duties as assigned and as are applicable to the position

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with a wide variety of people including staff, clientele and the general public
  • Attention to detail, along with excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills
