Our structured daily routine provides the right balance of activities, support, and relaxation.
8:30 – 9:30 AM
- Arrival & Welcome
- Warm greetings, coffee and morning check-in.
9:30 – 11:00 AM
- Activities
- Engaging groups, exercise, crafts, and social time.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Lunch
- Nutritious meal and time to connect.
12:00 – 2:00 PM
- Enrichment
- Games, wellness activities, or special programs.
2:00 – 2:30 PM
- Snacks & Social
- Afternoon snack and relaxing time with friends.
